The Domiq service

Domiq is a platform where property owners and licensed agents list residential properties for sale or rent, arrange viewings, and optionally promote their listings as paid ads on third-party networks such as Facebook and Instagram.

Domiq provides the tools; it is not a party to any transaction, tenancy, or sale between users, and does not act as a real-estate broker unless expressly stated.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Agents are responsible for holding any licence required by law to offer their services.

Your listings and content

You may list only properties you own or are lawfully authorised to market, and you are responsible for the accuracy of every detail, price, and photo you publish.

You must not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or discriminatory. Listings and their promotion must comply with fair-housing and anti-discrimination law — you may not target or exclude audiences on the basis of a protected characteristic.

You grant Domiq a licence to host, display, and reproduce your listing content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service, including creating ads from your photos and videos.

Advertising and promotion

As part of the free service, Domiq may also share your listing (photos, headline, and property details — not your contact details) on Domiq's own social channels — its Facebook Page and Instagram, including short videos (Reels) — to promote it. These posts are made under Domiq's own brand and link back to your listing page.

For each listing you can enable “agent management” — an optional feature, off by default, in which Domiq automatically creates and publishes organic promotional content for you and recommends paid promotions; a paid promotion is never run without your approval.

When you choose to run a paid promotion, Domiq creates and manages the ad campaign on your behalf on third-party networks. You review and approve the ad creative before it is published.

Delivery, pricing, and approval are controlled by the third-party network and its policies; Domiq does not guarantee any level of reach, clicks, or results.

Fees and payments

Fees for paid features are shown before you purchase and are stated in shekels, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable once a campaign has launched.

Domiq may change its fees on a going-forward basis.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service — including scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, uploading malware, impersonating others, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Domiq name, software, and design are owned by Domiq and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the service as intended. You retain ownership of the content you upload, subject to the licence above.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Domiq does not warrant that listings are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domiq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Domiq in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Domiq may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms or the law, and may remove listings or ads that violate them or a third-party network's policies.

Privacy

Your use of Domiq is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. You can read it at domiq.co.il/privacy.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.

Domiq may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
