Information We Collect

Account details: the name, phone number, and email address of the owner or agent who registers for the service.

Property details: address, photos, price, number of rooms, floor, and other attributes you enter to publish a listing.

Enquiries: contact and tour-request details left by people interested in a listing, including their name, phone number, city, and their answers to a short viewing questionnaire.

Usage data: listing view counts, share clicks, basic technical information about the browser, and an approximate location estimated from the IP address, used to operate the service and to show marketing statistics to the listing's advertiser.

Digital signing details: when you sign a document sent to you through the platform — full name, Israeli ID number, phone, the drawn signature, and technical evidence of the signing process (time, IP address, browser, and device).

General page visits (homepage, browse page) are counted anonymously without cookies: arrival source, device type, and an approximate IP-derived location, to understand site traffic.

Valuations: when you use the valuation tool, the address and property details you enter, used to generate an estimate.

How We Use Your Information

To operate the service and publish your listings on Domiq.

To connect owners and agents with relevant interested parties.

To run paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram when you choose to promote a listing.

When you enable agent management for a listing, to automatically create and publish Domiq-branded promotional content for it on Domiq's own channels, and to recommend paid promotions — based on the listing's performance (views, enquiries, and viewing requests) — that you approve before any spend.

To generate property value estimates from public transaction data and an AI model, when you use the valuation tool.

To improve the platform, measure performance, and prevent abuse.

Cookies and Advertising

We use only essential cookies to remember your language preference and manage your session. We do not use third-party marketing tracking cookies on the site itself.

When you run a paid promotion, the ad is delivered through Meta's advertising system (Facebook and Instagram). These campaigns are targeted only by area (a radius around the property), without age, gender, or interest targeting — consistent with fair-housing and anti-discrimination principles.

How We Share Information

Meta Platforms: your listing (photos, headline, and property details — not your contact details) may also be posted on Domiq's own social channels — its Facebook Page and Instagram, including short-video (Reels) — as part of the free service; and when you run a paid promotion, the ad content and photos are sent to Meta to deliver the advertisement.

AI providers: we use an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the value estimate (when you use the valuation tool) and to draft the ad text and the promo-video script for a listing you promote. When a promo video is generated, its narration text is sent to a text-to-speech provider (ElevenLabs) to produce the voice-over. The valuation comparison is based on public government real-estate transaction data (Govmap).

Infrastructure providers: the service is hosted on cloud infrastructure (Railway) that processes data on our behalf under confidentiality commitments.

Links to our social profiles: the site includes links to our official social media pages (Facebook and Instagram). These are external sites; once you leave Domiq, their own privacy policies apply.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We may disclose information where required to do so by law or by order of a competent authority.

Digital document signing

When you sign a document through the platform, the identity details you typed, your signature, and the technical evidence are embedded into a sealed signed document (with a cryptographic hash), which serves as evidence of the signature in accordance with the Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001.

The signed document and the signer's details are accessible only to the agent who issued the document and to whoever holds the signing link — they are never shown on any public page.

Signed documents and their signing evidence are retained for as long as needed for the legal defensibility of the signed document, including after account closure, subject to legal obligations.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymise information we no longer need to keep.

Your Rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to access the information we hold about you, request its correction, and request its deletion.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page.
